Will you send Eduardo a letter at the detention facility?

Thanks to everyone who was able to write a letter for the amazing immigrants rights leader and member organizer of the PVWC Eduardo! In case you missed the email Eduardo was detained by ICE on December 3rd while visiting family and friends in Georgia. These letters you wrote were included by the lawyer in his motion for bond. Here in Massachusetts we received over 140 letters! These included letters from two Senators, congressman and representatives, mayors, faculty, many faith leaders, friends, and organizational partners

Now we hope you will Write Letters directly to Eduardo and mail them to the Robert A. Deyton Detention Facility. These letters are NOT for the attorney but for our compañero Eduardo. We have to make sure that Eduardo feels loved and supported by the community and that we are all working collectively to set him free. Share a memory, some words of encouragement, tell him about a time he inspired you, etc. Can you take some time over this holiday break to support Eduardo? Can you ask others to do the same!

For the letters you will need to include Eduardo's Alien Number (A#) 206-862-839. These letters all get read by the detention facility staff so please keep that in mind as you write your letters. If you have any questions, please let us know!
