About Us

Who We Are

Massachusetts Jobs with Justice is a coalition of community, faith and labor groups in Massachusetts who work to protect and promote workers' rights, along with our sister coalition, Western Mass Jobs with Justice.

A Steering Committee, comprised of delegates from each of our member organizations, governs our organization and meets quarterly. They elect an Executive Committee that meets monthly and guides the work of our staff.

We have an experienced staff, strong leadership, and a deep commitment from our member organizations and activists. Our governing committees reflect the diversity of the organization and our state and we constantly strive to develop new leadership at every level of our coalition.

What We Do

Massachusetts Jobs with Justice organizes working people and allies to fight for the rights of all workers, locally, nationally, and internationally.

Our primary areas of work include workers' rights, immigrant rights, public education and global justice. We support campaigns that seek to make a real difference in the lives of workers and communities, while also striving to build a broad and diverse movement for economic and social change. We build links between labor, communities, and organize faith activists and congregations in support of worker justice. Our student network organizes students across the state to become part of the fight. We organize unions, labor leaders, and activists to support community justice struggles and promote solidarity as the only way that we as working people can win against corporate power.
